Shaun began his career in real estate after the purchase of his first property. At that time he saw a need in the industry for professionalism and a sound market knowledge. He spent the first 6 years in the industry with a large franchise company where he received numerous awards for his many achievements. With this under his belt, Shaun realized the next progressive step for him was to own a real estate company and jumped at the opportunity when approached to become a partner at Nik Jones Realty. Adding to the already high standard that Nik Jones Realty possesses in their approach to real estate, Shaun has taken on the role of Sales Manager with the implementation of many new systems and the ongoing training and support to the sales team to ensure the best outcome for all clientele when buying or selling a property With an upfront and honest attitude, Shaun is committed to service at all times, believing this to be an extremely important quality in the real estate industry. Shaun possesses a sound knowledge of the residential design codes and subdivision processes enabling him to give the appropriate advice to all his clients when buying and selling. Realizing that not all properties are the same and that each property may need an individual approach. He believes that there is no job too big or small and offers the complete real estate service. On a personal note, Shaun is currently building a new home for himself and his family. He has been married to Kristine for 4 years and they have two sons, Nicholas and baby Luke. Shaun’s hobbies include thoroughbred horseracing, football and as you may have noticed from his stout physique, fine food and wine.
